Weddings

We are pleased to perform weddings in our beautiful, historic sanctuary. To prepare for the wedding, our clergy require premarital conferences with the couple. Before finalizing your wedding date, please contact the church office at office@wiltoncongregational.org or 203-762-5591 for a schedule of fees and to confirm the church and a pastor are available.

Baptism

The Sacrament of Baptism in Wilton Congregational Church involves the presence of the congregation, as our members firmly believe that the Sacrament of Baptism creates a covenant between the congregation and the adult or child who is baptized.

To prepare for the baptism, our clergy require one meeting with the adult to be baptized or with the child’s parents. No fees are charged for baptisms, but contributions may be made to the church. Funerals and Memorial Services

Our co-pastors are available to conduct funerals and memorial services, subject to their availability and the church’s calendar. Clergy, along with the Director of Music Ministry and members of the church staff, will require a meeting with members of the deceased’s family to plan the service. A schedule of fees is available by contacting the church office at office@wiltoncongegational.org or 203-762-5591.

If you would like to discuss your own end-of-life planning, our co-pastors are available to discuss your wishes and help with preparing a future funeral or memorial service accordingly. We are able to keep a record of your preferences, as well as any other documents related to end-of-life arrangements.
