Giving makes it all happen.

Your financial commitment to Wilton Congregational Church is vital!

It’s what makes our church a living, breathing community. Together, we keep the church going – in all ways. Every fall, we make our “pledges” to the church’s financial well-being during the Stewardship Campaign. A congregational church only gets financial support from its congregation.

How can I donate?

  1. At Our Services – Simply place cash or checks in the offering plate during worship. Be sure to include your name and address on the check or on an envelope with cash so that we can send you a statement for tax purposes.
  2. Online Using Realm Connect – Online giving is convenient, and with it you can make a one-time gift, set up scheduled giving, edit scheduled giving, change your method of giving, view two years of giving history and print contribution statements. Give Online
  3. Text Giving – Simply text the word “wilton” to 73256 and follow the instructions on the screen. Once you have given, your information will be saved for future use.

What’s the difference between a gift and a pledge?

Gifts are wonderful and generous expressions of support. We’re always grateful for your gifts. So why do we ask for your “pledge”? Because when you tell us how much you’re planning to give for the year, that means we can budget for our needs. We know how much it will take to keep the lights on and how much it will take to keep the grass mowed. And…how much we can send right back into the community for our Mission partners, which is part of our budget.

Is there a tax deduction for donations?
