IMG_0006Called to spread God’s message of hope and love, the Board of Mission and Service seeks opportunities to provide Christian outreach and love to others near and far. Sleeves rolled up and hearts open, we step out in action through a variety of ministries and organizations that allow us to use our individual and collective spiritual gifts for the benefit of all. In doing so, we grow closer to one another and God.

The board of Mission and Service partners with organizations that change lives by providing financial support and “hands-on” service. Countless volunteers ensure that the hungry receive hot meals and those without a home can have one built for them. We collect and sort thousands of coats and blankets for our coat drive, fill meal packets for Stop Hunger Now and make bag lunches for children in need. We collect items for Thanksgiving Food Drives, baby items and toiletries for those who lack the basic necessities. Together, we step out in faith and action for service to others.

WCC’S Textile Recycling Program
